Well I think it's kind of a standard to have at least one future city matte painting in your portfolio. It's like the Wilhelm scream of digital artists lol. So this is my concept, the city of Aladoria. I wanted to do a more real and reasonable future city, not one that's too over designed and extreme. Something that looks like it can be from our near future. All done in Photoshop. It's some photo composite, like most mattes, with a lot of detail painting. Let me know what you think, Thanks guys!

I wanted to do my own version of him and keep the composition interesting. Also I put him in a pose that's not usually seen. It's a concept of him in an alternate universe with a fell that's different from the Spider-man we are used to in NY city. The red lines on his suit are 3 spider legs with his arms representing the fourth. This would be the peak of him swinging upwards. It's the second in a series of superheros I've done, the first being Superman. I tried to keep the lighting dynamic and also create a screenshot or movie-still feel with it. This was all painted in Photoshop with no 3D or Photos used in the finished piece. Thanks guys!

With this I wanted to do an iconic character but with a different and unique composition, you don't need to see his face to know who it is. So I decided to do Superman and have the focus be on the S, and put him in an iconic pose. I wanted to put my own spin on him with a new color pattern and some design tweaks from the original. The symbol in his belt represents the sun Rao, His home planet Krypton and it's two moons. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy it. This may become a part of a series, thinking of doing Spiderman next. Same way, iconic pose and actions but with the head out of the composition. This was all painted in Photoshop, no 3D or Photography. Thanks!

This is what is known as a Rotavolo. In particular a TS.2850 model, The most powerful and advanced land racing vehicle ever built. Known throughout fans and racing syndicates as Hyper Dragons, they're a single wheel vehicle driven up front similar to motorcycles. At their prime, Hyper Dragon races were the most watched events in human history, a true united global event. But as death tolls rose, many national governments made the races illegal, deeming them far too dangerous. In time, the races were made illegal in almost all countries, causing a very swift and unforeseen global economic meltdown. With such instability, Many out of work drivers turned to a more lucrative career in crime and piracy, modifying their Hyper Dragons and forming clans. Able to reach speeds over 300mph and transporting them long distances very efficiently, these clans were very successful at creating an extremely fast and powerful force.
